Sorry bro but no matter what age you are you should know it’s wrong to take advantage of someone like that

No excuses, it’s literally the first thing kids learn

i think he's trying to say 30 yrs is enough time for someone to change. Do u believe in life sentences and capital punishment, or do u think the justice system should be focused more on rehabilitation than punishment? I think the point of bringing up killing someone was if u dont think a child murderer should be jailed for life or killed because they can change and grow and learn and eventually re-enter society, why shouldn't the same be said for someone who raped someone as a child?

I dont think the guy was trying to excuse rape bc "hes just a kid" i think it's more ppl change. Idk if this particular guy changed, and honestly they way he n nicki handled this makes me think he rlly hasnt changed too much at all, but I do think (as a general thing) people can grow past crimes they may have committed as kids.

Other than this case I don't know that dudes been a menace to society since. Holding someone's crimes over their head for their entire life is some real white people s***.

If he’d changed he’d take the initiative to deal w the consequences of his actions responsibly by registering as a s***offender like he should’ve or you know, maybe keep Nicki from publicly slandering his victim, or doing SOMETHING responsible instead of literally doing nothing to prove he’s changed

Killing someone at 15 is a totally different world than raping someone

How is that totally different? I'm sure however scared she is this young lady is grateful to have her life at the end of the day wtf you literally get one shot at it. Weighing rape above murder is some backwards prison mentally they use to have someone in there they consider worse than themselves. They're both horrible crimes with life long consequences. Except only one has a victim that the offender can never even reconcile with.

Do you think 15 year olds kill because they want to kill? I already discussed this with @fading itt go read that

Yeah when you’re 15 killing people it’s because you’re sucked into a damaging culture that is perpetuated by the treatment of black people in America, not because you actually go in wanting to kill people like it’s call of duty or some s***.

When you’re raping someone at 15 that’s an individual choice with a single victim that you’re violating in possibly the worst and most traumatic way for the sake of yourself and your own hedonistic enjoyments. You know exactly what you’re doing and who you’re doing it to, especially when you do it at knifepoint like he did. It’s truly the most disgusting crime to ever plague mankind

Yes and no. Some kill because they have to, making sport of it and actively searching for kills however is something else entirely. Not only that, yes there are literally kids that kill because they want to kill what are you even saying? I grew up in the hood bro, that's why I know you can't just hold someone's crimes over them their entire life. The hood produces broken people all in their own rights, people are allowed to change from who they were.

Like I said, acting as if people are incapable of change and that everything they've done should be forever held over them is some white people cancel culture s***.

First off, “holding crimes over peoples heads” is not just some white people s*** that s*** will happen everywhere no matter who you are, like we don’t regularly s*** on white people who used to be open racists on this site on a daily basis

Secondly, it does not matter how broken you are, the only reason someone would decide to rape someone else is when they’re selfish and inconsiderate enough to to do something like that to another person. There’s no external factors that contribute to you doing something like that other than your own conceptions of women, sex, and yourself. Not like gang culture. Obviously being a mentally ill person shooting up schools for the fun of it is as bad as this, but I don’t see anyone in the real world or even this site giving them any sort of remorse. Why is the first time we’re seeing this kinda defense for f***ed up behavior being the husband of a celebrity?

Lastly, If he truly was rehabilitated, why is he allowing Nicki to do this to his victim? Why did he allow Nicki to threaten her with an alleged hit? Why didn’t he do the right thing and register as a s***offender like he should’ve? Why isn’t he saying anything about the harassment, the torture, the damage that his actions are still causing the victim to the day?

There’s no sense of rehabilitation and responsibility between either of them and there’s no real reason you need to keep defending them because they aren’t even interested in bettering themselves

i think he meant in a general sense someone who commits rape after a certain time period can change and truly have not be the same person. not necessarily that kenneth petty is a person like that.

He’s directly defending his actions on this page by saying the victim would be grateful for having her life after being RAPED AT KNIFEPOINT @TIIMMY_BURNER i hope you never have to deal with a friend or family member right after rape because they will NOT be grateful for their life. My friend was raped at a house party I was at and I had to physically keep her from running into the street so she could be run over, don’t ever speak on rape like it’s virtuous in that you’re still alive. That s*** will f*** you up worse than anything you’ll ever experience in your life as a man. You will WISH you were dead

    i think

Not even that it can be justified, it’s that the absolutely majority of murder is for reasons that exist outside of malicious intent, whether it be economic, social, whatever

Rape only happens because you’re looking for a woman to have s***with and basic respect is out of the question. It’s totally independent of your life factors
