It's funny @Big_Difference you been ranting and complaining about how threads about drama get more pages than those about music.

You know what you could've done during that whole drama had panned out? You coulda made a thread that highlighted akbar's music.

Could've maybe put one person (cause any thread that gets even 1 post to me is an accomplishment) on to this artist that yall say is better than Cardi.

That's how you contribute positivity to this music sxn. Not worrying if "this thread'll be a hit or not" just try to put on the artists you personally like.

Not gonna lie though as far as female rap she kind of is

I mean she’s easily the Hov of female rap. And bar for bar obviously no one in the mainstream is even a fraction as good. Like I guess the equivalent to black thought or Lupe would be Rapsody and Noname but Nicki like Hov can damn near hang with them lyrically while also being more versatile. Her only competition for greatest female rapper ever is MC Lyte, no one else is remotely in the same stratosphere. She is a heavy hitter like that in female context

There’s very few female rappers who have such a clear and defined writing voice where you KNOW they wrote it and also have done it for a consistent period

I'm going the logic as stated before that doing coke doesn't make you a douchebag. And it doesn't. If the weeknd did that, it'd make him a douchebag who does coke, not a douchebag because he does coke. obviously it would amplify it, but since doing coke doesn't make someone a douchebag, then the root cause is the them being a douchebag, not coke
