You know why someone might have trouble sleeping for 8 hours uninterrupted?
Many reasons, for me it was just crazy double shifts I was working like 16 hours a day. I never really felt tired until I chilled then it would all hit me at once. I would work like 7-3 and then 4-11 12 something like that i wasn’t going back to sleep until like 1-2 am and back up at like 6 am. Those kind of habits have been ingrained into me at this point. I’ve done like 4am to like 12 am and then nap and then like work 3-10 something like that. I feel like I oversleep now and that’s kinda just as bad if not worse for my performance.
