I was a psych major and everyone always get these things mixed up and it’s kinda annoying but I get it how

But personally as a introvert I never really liked parties or anything of the sort for the longest it just gave me super anxiety. Now that I’m older I do like get togethers/seeing friends but with work & what not it’s like there’s really no time to just cool out and enjoy myself. Like if I’m hanging or partying every weekend on Monday I gotta go work and I’m already mentally exhausted cause I don’t have a personal cool down session
