I have nightmares a lot and usually its when I just feel uncomfortable during sleep or just in bad phase of my life. but I always forget them really fast (my brain just works like it)
only one I remember I had when I was like 16 and a person followed me on my way home and then tried to catch me. and it continued for a long time and it was me alone and this random guy, everyone in the world just disappeared. I remember that it was like early autumn there and it was raining, I never remember that much
maybe this nightmare is the reason im scared of people following me all the time

I also remember as a kid i used to get sleep paralysis a lot. I wanted to scream, to move, to do something and I couldnt. Over time i learned to just succumb to it and ride the wave and ever since ive never had it

I was in a completely blank, white room, and there were these giant floating transparent balls, like bubbles, floating in the air.
They were moving around in a sporadic formation, like molecules, not touching but in close proximity of one another.
Inside of each one of the bubbles (there around 7 or 8 of them) was the head of a different animal (horse, lion, deer, cow etc.).
I started walking towards them, and the closer to them I got (they were almost on the other side of the room, which was huge) the more they started to vibrate, until I was within touching distance, so in my dream I touched one of the bubbles.
All of a sudden they flew further down the room and then abruptly stopped, completely, stock-still, and in each individual bubble the heads proceeded to split open and exploded outwards, completely covering the inside of every the bubbles with bright red blood, until they started to resemble giant Christmas ornaments.
Then they started to move again and arranged themselves into a straight, horizontal line, and when the last one fell into place I woke up.
