In my very limited experience yes. I just have the new stashes in my tts and neons in a half size up. Sizing up helps but they feel huge on foot

Back to Air Max 1 I go......... I used the AMM on a walk today. Came home with 4 blisters lol

No. They have like leather inside the heel tab or what you call it. Very uncomfortable
