It's anyone's guess really but always assume the latter rather than the former in these cases. Hard to think of a well-known celebrity who dropped a collab with decent buzz that was mass produced and sat in stores like that.

Don't think you can sleep on it, some things will definitely sell out faster than others though. Some things might even be raffles. The best way to gauge is to wait for more information because then it's easier to gauge both supply and demand, even if I were to say they are gonna release a million tees, it's still too early to see how eager folks are to get their hands on them.
