My Logical Predictions

• Dragon Quest HD2D 100% chance | the past few years DQ has teased a new game on DQ Day. Then full trailer and date in the June Direct. This will be no different

• Bravely Default and Brave Second Remasters | Bravely Default team said they’ll be revealing new Bravely games sometime this year. Makes sense to be here

• Metroid Prime 2 and/or 3 Remasters, along with a mention that 4 drops next year

• A Fire Emblem Remake\

• Silksong | i know…. But this year it has an ESRB Rating, so it has to be soon(right?)

• Fantasian(game from the Final Fantasy creator thats on Apple Arcade) | we all know its coming to switch and steam soon. Just hasnt been announced

• Mario & Sonic Olympics | the olympics is coming up

• New Mario Party | why not

• Some Mario Sports Game | why not

• Final Fantasy Tactics Remake | we all know it exists and should be coming within the next couple of years. Makes sense to reveal for switch

• Bar Stella Abyss | New Tactical Strategy RPG IP from the team that makes Disgaea, that dropped in January in Japan. The Disgaea game localizations have been getting announced at directs in recent years, so i think itll be the same with Bar Stella Abyss

• The Plucky Squire

• Epic Mickey

• OG Smash on Nintendo Online

• New Top Down Zelda | we all know that Grezzo has been working on a “cartoony action adventure game in a medieval setting” since they released Link’s Awakening via joblistings. Its been 5 years. Makes sense for them to reveal it. And this would be a good way to end Switch’s last “Main System” year with a bang

• Maybe a new 2D Kirby or 2D Donkey Kong or something. Though i feel ike theyre not gonna do Donkey Kong dirty by releases his game at the end of a life cycle again

Wild Schizo Predictions

• Mario, Zelda or Splatoon Rogue Like Spin Off(or new IP thats a rogue like) | the genre is easily one of the biggest niche genres of recent years. Nintendo doesnt have a 1st Party Rogue Like yet. I think they’ll want their slice of the pie

I wouldn’t even use those types of apps on my Switch ngl but it’s crazy that system never got any real streaming besides Youtube & anime

All that promo for the Mario movie and you don’t even try to funnel the people who own your console into watching it directly on there
