Beat Xenoblade Chronicles 2 last night. Solid 8/10 game. Highly recommend it as a JRPG fan. Clocked in 121 hours. Even if I'm generous and takeaway idle screen time hours I'd say I put in roughly 100 hours. Haven't even maxed out my level yet. I have like 5-6 more rare blades to find too. Have to max out all their affinity charts too, then side quest. This'll easily be a 150+ hour game without even going into NG+.

What I'll probably do is try get all the rare blades before doing NG+. In the meantime gonna check out Torna The Golden Country

my gf copped Trials of Mana for me last night cause i got her Animal Crossing 2 weeks ago

now i gotta stare at the icon for a week

I ain't even realize there is so much endgame content thanks to the DLC expansions

Yes I originally bought Xenoblade Chronicles: DE thinking it was coming out at the end of March so it's just been sitting on my home screen ready to go Same with Trials of Mana. IDK whether to continue with XBC 2 & Torna or just take a break n wait for Trials if Mana to drop

i took a break after starting my NG+ on XC2 so i could enjoy it later when i less remember the story

i played Marvel UA3 and Astral Chain and Luigi's Mansion 3 and Pokemon Sw/Sh and THEN i finally decided to play Torna which btw is only 40-50 hours (full completion)

and now i'm gonna do my NG+ on XC2 until i get Shulk/Fiora blades from the DLC gameplay and then Trials of Mana after that until Xenoblade DE comes out lol

True, only need to change the button layout for fighting games. Which you can already do that within the game.

the only issue with Astral Chain was the astral plane felt hella repetitive and obviously having to use all of the Legions felt forced

if Platinum doesn't do DLC or a sequel they are cowards

That’s not bad at all for the first game, leaves room for improvement for sequels.

We should get one in the future once Bayo 3 comes out.

JUMP FORCE (trash) coming to Switch

Yah there were some astral planes that were a bit too long but besides that, very dope game. Pleasant surprise. It is the first PlatinumGames game I have played and it left a very good impression on me.

Copped the Spyro reignited trilogy for my girl, but she doesn't know I've been eyeing that as well
