with those officially reconfirmed release date windows and no official production delays the next direct should be covering:
Smash x Arms DLC release (+ 7th fighter reveal)
Pokemon DLC release (+ returning Pokemon)
Animal Crossing DLC (details + release date)
Breath of the Wild 2 (story + gameplay reveal)
Metroid Prime 4 (story + gameplay reveal)
Bayonetta 3 (story + gameplay + release date)
No More Heroes 3 (gameplay + release date)
Bravely Default 2 (release date + bonuses)
and more such as the Super Mario All-Stars 2 and Persona 5 rumours and the western release of Yokai Watch 4++
the direct should take place on Thursday June 25th, 2 weeks after the originally scheduled E3 direct window, and it's also the day Ninjala drops, who's devs are close with Nintendo
This reads like every Nintendo fanboy’s wet dream, of course this would be incredible but I hope you don’t think it’s actually gonna happen

animal crossing future DLC was already confirmed to be coming
pokemon DLC + smash DLC were slated for June 2020, both could get delayed a bit tho
BOTW2, Metroid Prime 4 and Bayonetta 3 were all reconfirmed to be coming soon/next in the last financial report update which covered the end of the fiscal year for Nintendo, Xenoblade is the first exclusive Switch AAA to release in this current fiscal year
No More Heroes 3 and Bravely Default 2 are slated for 2020 with no changes after official Nintendo updates
Persona 5 for Switch literally a matter of demand and iirc the demand was met and the devs were pleased, matter of time now for sure
everything but Super Mario All Stars 2 and Metroid Prime 4 is more than possible tho tbh..
The way game development works is complex, bliss. For instance, you could have all the levels in the game completed, but the cutscenes haven’t been finished so you need to hire artists and others around making cinematics. This is often done so you can test early builds of the game with players.
That was a small example but same goes for voice acting, writing, some of the animations that weren’t crucial to the early years of game design, and random other s***. Maybe in most of 2019 they built most of the levels and in 2020 they’re finishing off other aspects of the story, cinematic cutscenes, etc. and in late 2020 early 2021 they’ll do final polishes.
thank you
isn't Harvest Moon trash post-Marvelous Games?
https://twitter.com/nintendolife/status/1260313809249591299yup, was confirmed long ago that Story of Seasons is the new Harvest Moon, and how did i miss this from March?

Should I cop sonic mania or links awakening?
dq11's main game is really good and the switch exclusive content adds a lot for me (was surprised at how much the ps4/steam version was missing)
i'm sketchy about where the post-game story is headed though

funny you posted this
it's amazing...
idk what part you mean though, have you gone back in time yet? is that end game or post game?
there's also all the post-game treasure hunting and the different trials, there's 4th and 5th trials at Angri-La and then the trials at Trial Isle
i'm at the part just before the very very very final boss in the sky
and im gathering all the best gear and s*** levelling up to max

yeah i'm near the beginning of the post game where you're at the world tree
im just not a fan of bringing veronica back to life. i'm sure the gameplay itself is good

sonic mania tbh, links awakening is great but not worth $60 imo

I been hesitant to pull the trigger on the Switch version since I have it on PS4 n ain’t finished it. I’m tryna wait a year to see if this definitive edition becomes a add on DLC for ps4

everyones shifting gears to the ps5 soon so i wouldn't hold my breath on that version getting supported at this point
Imma be real i still love Nintendo as a game developer but god damn they suck as a business and this EVO s*** proves it

Facts
no one who is actually good at smash wants to play a highly competitive tournament online, so this move makes plenty of sense.

I mean you're probably right. But can't you say this about every fighting game??
