im actually so mad that the latest Switch exclusive has massive frame rate issues and other bugs

at this point i'm only gonna use my Switch for AAA titles by Nintendo studios because no one else seems to be doing much right by us and even then you have Monolith remaking games at 720p and GameFreak's biggest title has PS2 graphics..

I think everybody would low-key be happier if we just got Paper Mario 64 re-released or Paper Mario TTYD at this point.

I still have hope for this year. We don't know what could be coming in the next 5 months to turn the tide.

I dunno, TBH out of all of the franchises that they could release new games of, I'm only really excited for BOTW2.

Never had any interest in Metroid and I've played almost all of the Mario games that I wanted, so the rumored remakes don't interest me at all.

Paper Mario TTYD is one of my fav RPGs of OAT and I was really looking forward to the new one, but now that that looks like trash, the only thing I'm actually looking forward to is BOTW2

i really hope paper mario ends up somehow being good. i loved the older titles but like... other nintendo games look so much longer and i never really thought twice about copping day one (ie FE or Xenoblade) but this one looks really short and questionable. one of the bosses is a pack of pencil crayons

i really hope it does end up being good or at least dish out a demo. thousand year door and the n64 paper mario are classics

That tweet is extremely misleading. The way the game works is you earn coins and you use coins to get upgrades for Mario so that’s how the progression system works, it’s just coins instead of xp. You still upgrade Mario and have stats and all that so it’s a true rpg
