I haven’t played Paper Mario in a while and I turned it on and immediately do not remember what I am supposed to be doing in game at this part.
3rd party exclusives are important too
Indeed, I’m just scarred after that half-assed Partner Showcase. Worst thing I’ve ever seen from Nintendo. Everything about it was just wrong. The timing of the announcement/showcase, the content, the extremely short length which made it feel like it was over right after it started. Yes it had SMT for those who like that but literally everything about it was just so bad. That whole showcase could’ve just been games that they revealed directly on Twitter.
Switch revision (hopefully a PRO version) rumors back at it again
What if: Direct this week, and then Switch revision news in September? PLEASE.
What if: They are holding back releases this year so they can show them off on the new hardware next year? PLEASE.

we need full bluetooth support
we need a built-in ethernet port
we need no bezel on the handheld
we need a sturdy kickstand that is adjustable
we need joy-cons that don't drift before 1 year
we need first party joy-cons with grip/handle

Need this one so I can use a headset for once. Errbody wanna chat with me on Fortnite but I never speak because I can't use headphones in TV-mode
Fall Guys might be coming to the Switch which could also point to a new direct soon.
!https://youtu.be/C1TjVLiW2jA@Raplic_Priest Fall Guys just might be in the works for Switch
I heard about this NintendoDream claim but it's so vague. It doesn't say that it's a "huge" game. It only says that it's a game that "everyone will enjoy". Tells me it's probably a multiplayer game, somewhat casual. Either some casual gimmick multiplayer game, or something as big as Mario Kart 9. Then again I doubt that some magazine is going to get the pleasure of revealing a HUGE game. Most likely something less important.

I agree with everything you said. It does seem weird that a magazine would reveal something huge.
switch pro with a 1080p screen and 4k while docked
Nintendo always 5 years behind in terms of graphics but they still got me hype lol

we dont need 4K tbh
just 1080p and 60fps

A lot of games are currently 1080p 60fps when docked
I seriously doubt they’re gonna release a console that does the same thing 4 years later
Sony and Microsoft released their 4k consoles in 2016 and Nintendo’s standard is to be like 5 years late on tech anyways
they’re gonna release their 8k capable consoles (PS5/XSX) before switch pro even drops

my point is that we dont need 4K on the Switch at all
we need support for open world games running at 60fps and 1080p
currently, it's not even close to being able to do that
the new Switch would be like the Xbox One S or the PS4 Slim

If they do add 4k 30fps I’m sure there will be a feature to reduce the resolution to 1080p and get faster frame rates
If that’s what you want
Personally I don’t really think it’s a big deal and it would be laughably pathetic to release an upgraded console but not get an upgrade in every single game that ALREADY gets 1080p 60 FPS just because SOME games get 30 FPS now. That doesn’t make logical sense.
