interesting, didn’t know about that. Weird because it seems to conflict with their statement about extending the switch’s lifecycle.

But I guess maybe they’ll do no exclusives between the switch and the new non-switch console, and old controllers will remain compatible. that way they don’t end the lifecycle.

$30 is a lot for short dlc, I don't even normally buy dlc for games as I fin it a waste of money in general but this dlc is an extra waste of money. Especially considering I personally think a lot of it should have been in the base game.

Sorry. Should of clarified. Just with how Pokémon ‘presentations’ are received in the past. The announcement probably led to some false hopes to some fans.

I’ll be catching the legendaries. I have most of my dex from the GBA games imported but catching them is always more fun. I know it’s ‘dlc’ but the fact that you can catch them all in one game is great for a lot of people. I think if the wild area in the original games were bigger and they added some basic features like the Pokémon following you from the start. I wouldn’t have a problem with the dlc as this is better than USUM. The little we’ve seen from the new areas look quite nice. Excited to see what they do with next years anniversary.

Wouldn’t be a tablet then lol it’s just a console at that point. That’s way too far removed from switch but like I said maybe they’ll create a link between the switch lifecycle and whatever the new console is called, in essence software will release on both but the switch won’t be as advanced graphically. Like the s/x
