excited for whenever the trilogy gets a port before prime 4 finally comes out so i can play it. i’ve seen some gameplay and ik it’s not in the same league as the other 2, but it’ll be the perfect way to get hyped for 4 if they actually release the port in the buildup

i thought id hate not being able to use a gc controller for prime 3 but ngl the wiimote controls for the prime games are actually nice, makes the old controls seem archaic in comparison. if u can get the game on an actual wii/wii u id highly recommend it but if youre emulating then its probably more of an issue

its still not as good as prime 1 or 2 tho lol, id probably go 1>2>3 prime 1 just feels the most open and fun to explore

yeah i was thinking yesterday about dumb gamecube FPS like metroid and 007 handled on the gamecube. if i played it for the first time today i'd think it was total ass but since prime was my first videogame i didn't know any better lol

i agree on the prime 1 take tho. i like the first better in that it's a prettier game with a more natural-feeling environment, but the dark world and architecture in prime 2 are just so good

haven't even mentioned the soundtracks yet

i remember i couldn't beat that f***ing boost ball guardian in prime 2 for years, so much hate for that boss
