Yes, you will keep the game even after March 31st. You won't be able to buy it digitally after March 31st, and on this date they will stop making more physical copies, but if you have bought the game before March 31 then you are set for life.

it's yours if you buy it ... well own a digital copy as much as you can... it's why I bought a physical for this game.
