Dont have a twitter account so im not doing that, but i guess this is hinting at a direct and i dont think we're getting one, at least not until pokemon and zelda get their directs first

Ok I snapped a screenshot of the tweets:
Trademarks for Skyward Sword logo and Sheikah symbol from BotW filed yesterday.
Three Nintendo Switch game listings on Amazon France, two of which seem to have a more juicy price-tag which may indicate some kinda special edition release that might have been supposed to release in 2020 but got pushed back. Speculation of course.

Thanks for the screenshots fam you didnt have to
These all look like they're setting up s*** for the zelda direct, the trademarks will be used not only for games but for merch too and the 3 games listed could be 3 zelda games, maybe ss, zelda collection and botw2?
Still, we're getting something soon, maybe in 1 and a half/2 months at best since pokemon would come first

All good brotha
Yeah, that would make sense. Skyward Sword is the only console Zelda game that hasn't been remastered/re-released, so they may put it out as a separate release instead of including it in a collection. Then again, who knows. It's all speculation at the end of the day. I just hope we get the announcements in February, even if Pokémon wants some of the attention as well. Zelda 35th >>> Pokémon 25th. More than anything I just want a BotW 2 trailer.

They could definitely be pretty close, one week apart from eachother, it would keep Nintendo trending for 2 weeks and that's a lot of publicity
the week after 3D World drops makes sense for Zelda Anniversary to be both revealed and released just in time for the official Feb 21st date
the official date for Mario's is September 13th and they announced the collection on September 3rd with the release on the 18th
plus we have Pokemon Celebration 6 days after Zelda's official day but i dont think we are getting any game releases except Pokemon Unite
there's also Bravely Default 2 releasing the day before Pokemon Celebration which might be delayed again to early March so Nintendo can fit everything in before MH Rise and New Pokemon Snap?
the rest of the year consists of No More Heroes 3, Shin Megami Tensei V, Monster Hunter Stories 2 and Pokemon D/P remakes
seems like Skyward Sword is getting more than a remaster while OoT, WW and TP will be ported to Switch like the Mario 3D pack with them leaving out MM just like Mario Galaxy 2
The one thing I wish Nintendo had was the trophy system like PlayStation
It’s so satisfying to get 100% and unlock the platinum
Mario x AC furniture and more in March
https://twitter.com/thegameawards/status/1354101581340266497this is brining me back to AC lol. haven’t played since before halloween lol

I hope they have the decency to at least bring the 3ds version of oot. They know n64 oot has the iron boots, they cant just ignore that huge issue. I have hope for the zelda team tho, they treat their series with a lot of respect

Leaving out MM?
I’ll take anything Zelda but that sucks lol

doubt they would release so close to mario and snap
i think it'll be announced and then release like a month later at the earliest

While the OoT 3DS version would be better in terms off graphics, performance and quality of life improvements, I feel like the whole purpose of the 35th anniversary collection is to celebrate the series and its evolution. I think they may aim to preserve the original look and feel of the older titles as much as possible, just like they did with the Mario collection.

Lol i disagree, they were simply too lazy to improve mario 64 and sunshine imo. Crash nsane trilogy still celebrated crash series while reworking the games entirely to make them more accessible. Mario 64 is mario 64 because of its gameplay and levels, not because of its graphics and camera. I prefer them making the games accessible to younger audiences cause more than us its catered to them. I want kids to have fun with the games we grew up with, not feel frustrated cause of some stupid mechanics that were acceptable at the time cause of hardware limitations. Imagine kids playing oot after botw and getting to the water temple and having to waste 10 seconds every time they had to put/remove iron boots
If they put oot and mm n64 version on a n64 online app then id be fine with it, if they're trying to sell me a n64 game in 2021 without any improvements id be mad, especially since the 3ds version is better
Been playing Smash Ultimate on wifey's Switch Lite and it's been fire. Fire enough, I had to order my own
Plan on just messing with Smash, Age of Calamity, Fire Emblem Warriors, Fire Emblem 3 Houses and Disgaea 6
Edit: Oh might check out the new MH too
