thats some truly ambitious thinking for the greatest media franchise of all time. Thankfully every other Nintendo franchise has some more passion and did their Switch ports the right way.

Switch is not a GameBoy or a DS so the games are going to be more expensive by default

the content level will change at first because developing a 2D game into semi 3D on the DS and then full 3D on the Switch was not easy at all

Gen 2,3,4,7, and possibly 5 had more post-game content than Gen 8. The DLC for Gen 8 feels like the same post-game stuff that you can do in other base games.
