Can I co-op this entire game (Nioh 2) with my friendly seamlessly, or does it have a similar system to Elden ring with summoning? I’m on the fence about getting this

ive only played solo but i got this from reddit

There are two types. One where you summon someone (requires you to have finished the mission before) and another "true" coop, where you each get a shared health gauge that gets used up when you revive yourself, get revived or revive your friend. Of course you both still have your own health bars. You each also get your own loot for whatever level your are (so a high level player gets stuff for his level when playing with a lower level player instead of getting the low level stuff the other one would get). This also won't require anyone to have done the mission before and upon completion it counts for both people.

Most missions can be done coop via both methods (espescially main missions). There are just some side missions/duels that won't let you summon or do coop.

From another comment i got that you can coop most of the game but you might miss out on some cutscenes

Idk what it is out of all the soulsborne games, Nioh should be one I like the most, but I just can’t get into it. I play it for a lil bit, but never for long. Imma probably still end up buying this.

Booted up the demo to give it a shot real quick, and none of the actual game is rendering on my PC. All I see is a black screen with menus Thought it was weird when all I saw was a black screen and the game was asking me to configure my HDR/brightness settings lmao

Demo is 15 hours of the game and it transfers over? Crzy

Japanese VA is better but lot of dialogue is happening mid-combat and it was proving tough to read while fighting, especially this type of combat where you can get your ass whooped if you look away for a second
