Bobby_96The funny thing is: I'm from Paterson.
And I knew the whole thing was a scam from the get go partly because Paterson is one of the LEAST desirable places that anyone would want to invest in for real estate.
Aside from the diversity of food options(esp. Latin food), Paterson is 🗑️🗑️. There's no water view. No fun hangout spots. High crime. High poverty. Bad schools. Etc.
Anyone who's been here would be suspicious of this idea in the 1st place. I know people have hopes and dreams but Paterson is still 1980's Crack Era NYC status. And many people are moving out to Clifton for a better standard of living.
Even Newark has more potential with its downtown, college, and Ironbound area.
