But there's a reason Kanye cant.

He wasn't very good at music, a sloppy flop is one thing, but "Boot Camp" and "Runaway" aren't classics; the clip for "I Am A God" hasn't played yet on Spotify, and "Roses" from 2008 had a huge increase in play time following his announcement.
