Eeeeh maybe, but it's a kids show with great writing. I think people get super hurt when the progressive writing is shoehorned with s***ty writing. The warriors are based off of real life references, and the lore inside the show has the actual avatar create the foundation.

Mods can merge this with several other Avatar threads made on Korra and TLA for a megathread lol.

I hope yall notice the first episode Katara gets attracted to Aang when he stops a literal volcano from destroying a village.
