Most overrated rappers are easily drake and hov.
Drake is overrated because dude can fart on the mic and people will act like it’s good music.
Hov is overrated because he’s viewed as a symbol at this point so even if a person isn’t that familiar with his catalog, theyll say Hov is the best rapper off of groupthink. A CV lot of people don’t know Jack about dude’s catalog

it has everything to do with the music bro. If the music didnt resonate everything surrounding it wouldnt be as revered
drake comparison doesnt make sense because 1. Scary hours did have an impact on culture at large due to gods plan
2. No one is talking measurements anyways. People listen to music that they like alot. Thats how it works. just cause u aint apart of it doesnt make it any less impactful.
I hate to say it but tlop is seen as classic by pretty much all new ye stans. Its undeniable we see it everyday on this site
