I don't know if I believe in benefits of NoFap, but I will say this.

When I visited Greece this summer, I didn't nut for the first 15 days or so. There wasn't much of a chance to, with all the family visits and so on. I don't know if it was that, maybe it was the lack of any stress, or maybe it was eating exclusively whole foods straight from the Earth. But when I was visiting my mother's home island of Ithaki for the first time, 2 weeks into the trip, a virility awakened in me that I hadn't had since college. I ask about the night life on Ithaki, she recommends this bar/club combo. I go there later that night, and there she is. We dance, we kiss, she takes me to the airbnb she's staying at as she's working on island for the summer.

I was eating her out for a solid 20 minutes, she came twice. As she moaned from the second o***** I slowly mounted her and her eyes rolled back as I entered. We weren't f***ing, we were making love. I haven't had that experience ever in my life, even when I dated my ex all those years ago. In fact, it might be the single greatest experience in my life. I have to wonder if not jacking off for 15 days in a row had any effect. I really do.
