you and I both don't want to get killed and robbed right? we don't want our girl to be raped? how do we stop that? Jail. How is it unjust for a killer to be locked up? isnt that his own responsibility? jail is not the outcome of "cac tradition" its the outcome of what the majority of soceity doesn't want to happen (to themselves mainly but also their loved ones)
Your own sense of justice doesn't come from the ideas of other men. It comes from what you don't want other people to do to you. its what other people don't want you to do to them. You live with a group, you yourself do not dictate the rules. Rules are needed because otherwise you would have serial killers and looters running free killing your loved ones and stealing your s***.
