Truthfully anyone who’s clearly closely observed their verses think either of Em’s two verses are better than Jay’s verses on the song. Yeah sure, I’m known to dislike Em on here but truthfully I thought his verses were solid on here and probably the best he’s ever spitted altho Jay most likely ghostwrote them. But at the same time nothing stands out aside from the forced predictable rhyme schemes.

People can say Em had the better verses and that’s cool I guess? But name one Eminem line on that song that is more memorable than, “Do you fools listen to music or do you just skim through it?”

I NEVER hear anyone ever reference an Eminem line on that song yet I’ve heard that skim through it reference used a million times in many different situations whether in a rap forum, other social media, or even real life.

Jay overall did better on track whether it’s his bars, wordplay, quotables, flow, delivery, etc. and Eminem altho did have two decent verses, nothing much stood out and the only reason why people think Em got Hov is cause of Nas.
