I skipped out on Spectre so sadly I wouldn't be able to compare it

Can someone tell me what happens at the end that reviewers are saying will upset people?

Damn ive loved Bond since i was a kid tbh.

Kinda dont wanna rewatch the old ones because he was essentially a drunk rapist,but Craig bond interconnected universe between movies is super cool and i loved the fresh take.

Rewatched them all(craig) like this week,cant wait for this

Movie's officially out in like a week and some change, you can wait. Tempting it may be to click

overall it's a cool and fun film and definitely better than quantum and spectre i think it'll be up to personal preference if you think it's better than casino or skyfall

im just gonna layout some sporadic thoughts i have an hour after finishing

putting it bluntly i think the villain was ass with ass motivations but frankly i dont think craig's villains have been particularly good outside of mads and javier so im not surprised. rami did his best but the character is so 2D and generic that there's simply not much he can do

christoph waltz was the biggest misstep of the whole craig run and this movie solidified it, he coulda been so much more in this series

ana de armas' appearance was wayyyyyy too brief her character was actually sick and im sad she's only in one sequence. i truly hope she is in the next bond film in some way because she was cool as f***.

jeffrey wright's brief appearance was nice and im happy they got him in here RIP :cryfam:

as an aside i found it hilarious that bond briefly joins the CIA because MI6 is being shady like man what

i know this is a spoiler thread but im still gonna spoiler the next stuff anyway

bond's kid was interesting. i found it odd that madeline lied but like everyone already knew it was his, and then when bond learned it was indeed his kid he didn't really react at all. i know this is a common trope but the way they did it was weird. that being said i dont really mind it tbh it added to the climax a bit and was interesting to see bond being a father albeit briefly

bond's death was good in my opinion and im very happy they actually went through with it, i felt like they were but a part of me thought they would puss out so good for them for doing that

that being said i wish we got just a *little* bit more after his death. nothing crazy and i know the film was already long as s\*\*\* but only 2 minutes in a post-bond world was kinda sad. just a brief funeral could've been cool but this is a small critique, i like what they did regardless

wrapping this up by saying that the next bond needs to have Ana de Armas (as more than just a bond girl maybe like a jeffrey wright type because he's gone now and she's CIA) and Lashana Lynch as like a partner. the current M, Q, and the rest coming back would be cool but not essential

The ending seems satisfying to me tbh im glad they did what they did

Gen Z doesn’t watch things to enjoy them

They watch to know what happens and say they know what happens.

ana de armas was the highlight of the movie

Surprised by the amount of jokes, way more than prev craig bond movies but i loved them

lashana lynch was really really good aswell

Hope we see more of lashana and ana de armas character

Better ending for the series than spectre

Rami forgettable character

Ana had like an overflowing and magical amount of charisma.

Even her last line of like ‘stay longer next time’ was just perfect

Left us wanting more for sure she killled it

wouldnt mind a spin off show

completely deleting all these characters when theres a new bond or whatever seems like a waste

that staircase sequence was crazy tho

one of the best action sequence in these bond movies
