dr poptartyeah it’s made by the exact same people. it’s so much like John Wick that we aren’t even sure if it’s in the same franchise or not. the director has teased both characters meeting at some point in an upcoming movie
also check out Violent Night that just came out a few months ago. it’s David Harbour playing a badass version of Santa who is actually a thousand year old Viking. Santa accidentally gets trapped in a big mansion and has to save this family being held hostage by mercenaries. he’s like a one man army. it’s made by the exact same people as John Wick and Nobody, and it’s f***ing awesome

Watched violent night, thought it was okay. Action scenes were pretty great, but i thought the dialogue was awful.

Nobody #1 was a fun movie and it was really cool to see that action hero side of Bob. But a sequel in general just feels kind of unnecessary, and since Bob only has so many prime years left I’d like to see him choose better projects

Nobody 1 was ayt at best but nothing in that movie begs for a sequel, I agree.

i'm excited for the sequel cause its being directed as the same guy who did the night comes for us. that move was insane so i know the action will be great in this one. plus the first one was fantastic so...

First one hit more for me on a rewatch I did earlier this year. I like how simple the story is Iirc the main bad guy doesn’t even show up till halfway which is interesting and his intro was great. Action of course was top notch
