I mean there is some truth to it that Beyonce started changing her image from a pop star to a social activist when it became cool to do so and it was possible to make money from it.
But i also think that she is genuine about those issues. So its a two birds, one stone type of thing.The thing that ruins the genuine part, for me, is the constant accusations of plagiarism against her, even when it comes to her more woke african art
