there's no state gov police force to respond to any type of disturbance. Police have been abolished. Say a domestic violence case happens and the man/woman is scared for their life, they'll want to call that private force. Say two teenagers from a different neighborhood are caught on camera stealing valuables from while a family is on vacation. They'll want to call the private force to investigate/use their resources to get to the bottom of it.

This issue will take a system overhaul and part of that will be our relationship to guns.
