In regards to africans hating African American....we have a self hatred concept in our race. In Africa its tribalism, in America its light skin darkskin and class, and in the case of what your brought up it's African vs African American (which goes both ways). Black people don't trust one another for some reason.

In regards to the police shootings... black is black I know that. To fight police genocide is a tough issue as its an arm of white supremacy. Simply stated from what I read and heard I think the two most simple solution to this epidemic is 1. Hire more black police officers in these black dominated cities (the police force must match the community if that makes sense) and 2. Lower the presence of policing in said "Crime" areas (more policing= more arrest, more reported crime, etc)

Ik africans hate American per se, my dukes is Pure African American and my pops is African So I see what my pops calls "double dip racism" on both sides.
