Ever since quarantine started I’ve barely been eating and I can’t sleep.
Even when I turn off the tv and my phone around 2 AM I literally just stare at my ceiling until 7 AM the I’ll go to sleep for 5 hours and go about my day. And for some reason it’s really hard for me to eat I’ve usually only been eating once a day and can’t even bring myself to eat snacks.
This is goals for me tbh

4-5 hours is just fine I would recommend taking a nap at some point in the day if you're moving like that. But you'll be alright.
