Full disclosure, talked with the second locksmith and he said it’s nothing out of the ordinary and to check my neighbors locks really well. I recently moved in to the new apartment, must of not caught my eye before. Upon further research all my neighbors holes on their locks are located facing down but on the side if that makes sense. I just glanced over my neighbors as I was heading out and thought it was just mine. Crisis averted, I was shook there for a minute, not gonna lie. I see why u Americans love guns
