Whenever I click on the bell the drop down menu pops up and loads like usual but then it disappears and nothing happens. If I click on it again no menu pops up and whatever page I'm on looks like it refreshing really quickly. It started happening yesterday and it's still going on. Not sure if it's an issue with the site or me. I've tried signing out and back in, clearing cache/cookies, etc and nothing works. If a mod can't help, please pass this along to S, cause it seems like maybe a backend issue.

Edit: I think this may have been cause by me deleting a post and then people liked it after I had already deleted it.

Brave which is basically just Chrome. I've also tried normal Chrome and mobile and the same thing happens :/

Im using brave too (android) and not having notification issues.

Yeah, I am. I think it's cause someone quoted my post right after I deleted it, so it's trying to show notifications for a post that doesn't exist.

Fwiw, might be worth trying firefox and seeing if that works as a temp fix.

My account broke when the site first launched, i posted a comment right as a mod deleted the thread, and i thought i was banned. So u might be onto something.

Im not an admin or anything, so i cant do anything. But if u try firefox, post the results. Might help S pinpoint the issue.

Crazy thing is it just started working again. Still kinda glitchy cause it closes out if I scroll too far down but I guess it's better than nothing. Hopefully it returns to normal soon.

Ur guess was prolly right tbh. Just had to push that notif down the list so it doesnt try to load.

Happy for u that it isnt f***n s*** up for u anymore tho. Hopefully this thread ends up helping S.
