Black people don’t gate keep enough. Mf’s like Post & Miley Cyrus are always welcomed in with open arms, just to turn their back on that same culture they benefited from, when they get bored

she literally made the typa music she criticized lol

  • Why Yesterday

Remember when he said there is no emotion in rap music at the peak of his success?

    I remember

    F*** this guy

there were dudes unironically agreeing and going to bat for this dude when he said this s***

Said it before and I’ll say it again. Post Malone fans are just zoomer Eminem fans. Yeat fans are getting there

    dont ever disrespect the 2093

  • Been known, you could see it from a mile away and it’s disgusting

Use rap to get on and then abandon it when they get famous to do what the really wanna do

S***s is f***ed up because I love this genre of hip-hop. And to see it being used, hurts

  • Valentine

I vividly remember this s***. B**** went on a whole press tour s***ting on hiphop even on late night TV as she was transitioning back to white crowds

bieber found jesus too after getting rid of the "bad influence" lil twist

  • Man leave hi(m)alone

  • Y'all keep disrespecting legend like Em who has been true to his core till now. Then y'all deserve people like Posty, Miley etc s***ting on this culture y'all dearly love

Feel like no one would care if these white artists pivot if they didn’t s*** talk hip hop on their way out

Like no one is mad at Weiland for going from hip hop to 80s synthwave because he was quiet about it lol

  • But at the same time- 2 things. 1. Country is huge rn and there’s definitely a bag there. He’s going to use the country scene just like he used hip hop. 2. There are so many people that were making hip hop 4-5 years ago and now are making different stuff. If he kept on dropping hip hop he probably would’ve never found success. So many 1-2 hit wonders.

    dont ever disrespect the 2093

    It disrespected itself

ever since youtube constantly tried to force me to listen to white iverson while watching young thug videos i've hated this dude.

Charlamage was wrong , just as he was wrong in clowning Mase for years because he wanted his money from diddy . He went out his way to bully Post when he was nothing but respectful to him. Post Malone was apart of Quavo receiving one of his big songs , same with 21 savage , metroboomin and swae lee. He started in 2016 when SoundCloud rap was at his peak, hip hop was huge that year . Yes he used hip hop to start his career , but it’s obvious he was influenced by the genre at the time . As he became more successful he started to shy away from it , same thing Bieber did , same jt did with rnb music. Fans still supported him , that’s why he continued to grow. A lot of Hiphopt artist fall off because they lose fan support and they become the butt of all jokes . You realize the falloff terminology is only used for ppl in hip hop , not other genres. The fans have the most power , imo and we allow certain artist to thrive while we kill the majority of artist after a bad song or two

  • etuev

As Wale said... "This rap s*** is a lick" and he's right for the majority of artists

as wale said „aint no pizza“

  • More interestingly

This is a tactic of black artists as well

You just said a whole bunch of nothing and reinforced OP's point about how white people use black culture, aesthetic, and sound to get poppin then toss it to the trash.

  • Mar 26

Well yes but also hes clearly just seeing what sticks now imo, being a white pop dude, seems like a fickle demo in terms of hype

  • Newhouse

what’s with the random k-pop slander in op

I feel like there's a culture of disrespect if not outright hatred and racism towards black people from many Asian countries. Drawing us with that big pink circle for a mouth, making us out to be thugs.

But every time I see a k-pop act they have the most cookie cutter ass rap songs and rnb songs. It's wack- it's the same music you can get in America just watered down to be more palatable for white girls.

    Preciate this

    Was? He's not around anymore?

When I looked him up before asking the question itt a deleted Twitter account came up

his twitter is rellywrotethat now. his time of influence is long gone now. at one point he was working with pusha, troy ave, fab, joe budden, charlamagne, desus & mero. then he got arrested and it was over

  • Duck Fieri

Lil nas x did the same s*** with old town road and even went as far as to call billboard racist for not submitting it into country charts after lil nas x said he was a country artist

That's another reason why he's a legend tbh, turning country artists' underhanded tactics back on them. He's an amazing troll who pisses off all the right people

    I'm not a Post fan

But at the end of the day, he just tryna make some money and sell records. Like most of these rappers and people in popular music biz. Most people arent trying to be culture soldiers. Also Charlemagne is a far bigger vulture than Post Malone tbh

    Damn things can change quick

Quick Google search doesn't even bring up anything besides his deleted Twitter account
