nobody gonna talk about this tho

They're still desperately trying to push the "The rich will leave NYC" grift

Give it up bozos, they're not going anywhere. There's way too much money to be made in NYC for them to move, even if it means paying slightly higher taxes. They'd be making back what they paid and then some, so it literally doesn't f***in matter.

Stupid ass b**** doesn't realize the rich won't leave the cultural hub spot of Wall Street, Fashion, Food, and Government because of taxes

Rich people shuffle between Cali, Texas, Florida, and NY.

Politicians are always going to condemn Hamas y'all. That's just how it is. Even if they call out Israel and other politicians who take AIPAC money, they're not gonna co-sign Hamas.

I don't know why y'all still get surprised by this lol

Why comment or say anything at all? I don't think average politicians comment on every single chant or insult barrage. Democrats needs to play by the republican playbook and not condemn their own voters.

It's the ultimate damned if you do, damned if you don't kinda situation. If they say nothing, to the whiny Zionist f***ers who unfortunately do hold pretty strong voting power, you're allowing it or just supporting it. If you do say something, then it's gonna seem like you're pro-Israel even if you clearly aren't. People have done a lot to turn this into a very black and white thing and politicians have their work cut out for them trying to not enrage either base.

Personally, I think that Zohran has been towing the line as best as he can, and has even gotten Brad Lander to start condemning Israel's actions and going up for Palestinians. But no matter what, both of them are likely gonna have to call out Hamas.

The average voter is probably not comfortable with a politician not calling out a terrorist (counter colonial resistance) organization. It just be like that. Though I do agree that Zohran really doesn't have to say anything and just focus on matters that are actually relevant to the city he has jurisdiction over

AOC is a stupid ass b**** cause she doesn't even understand the context of that "Hamas protest". It was literally a protest against Israelis establishing settlements in the West Bank. It's not even just Palestinians protesting against that, it's many Orthodox Jews protesting against it as well.

I can't wait for the day for politicians to stop lumping Zionists in with the rest of the sects of Judaism. They f***in hate Zionists lmao

Hmm...Zohran has definitely been critically of them lol Michael Blake as well as he's coming for Ritchie Torres spot. I was actually surprised when Brad Lander came to my job and was criticizing Israel and how they have been hiding behind their faith to try and escape culpability for their war crimes in Gaza. One of the first times I've seen a Jewish politician outright call what Israel is doing to Palestinians as inhumane and evil.

I was looking at him during the interview like

That Zohran effect really might have something to it

He could easily just be saying the s*** what people wanna hear, which will inevitably come to a point where it will bite him in the ass.

Zohran held up his end when it came to getting Lander to defend him against Zionists and Islamophobic Cuomo supporters and propaganda. It's on Lander to hold up his end and knock off the Israel grift. I wouldn't worry too much with ICE because with the way s*** has been going with ICE lately, it's looking likely that Democratic politicians will distance themselves from it.

ICE support is looking like it's gonna become a killer for any Democratic candidate.

Well, the Zionist project was very effective in attaching itself onto Jewish identity. That conflation f***s up any type of useful discourse
