that was a one sided ass beating coming from a guy who was "CUT OFF FROM THE FORCE" like 4 days before this
He just needed to get right bro he had a unseen training montage
Overall that show was a massive massive let down, I legit cannot believe they managed to f*** up a Kenobi show.
Some cool moments and a couple good/above average episodes, but doesn't make up for the overall awful plot of this series. What was the point in Reva character, we spent all that time with her for what reason?
So there was no point in having Reva in this show
At all
She did nothing for the story
LITERALLY DOES NOTHING
Shoulda remained a movie. Woulda been the good parts without all the cringy filler they obviously threw in just to stretch it out into 6 episodes
show felt pointless overall, don’t really feel like i learned anything new about any of these characters
Reva was wasted potential personally for me.
The Vader / Kenobi fight was really cool, that’s about all i can really say was like amazing about this episode
I did like seeing Owen putting up a fight against Reva though.
I’m confused can someone remind me if Luke is aware of the force and the Jedi in A New Hope? I can’t remember
5/10
Anakin stays getting his ass beat by Obi Wan
Missed opportunity for Darth to tell Obi Wan that he had the higher ground when he was standing over him, before he threw all those rocks.
They finally did it
On the last episode lol
9/10
Christ, I'm sitting here thinking the exact opposite. I've found all the other episodes to be mostly good with a decent amount of obvious bad sprinkled in, but I was so consistently and thoroughly frustrated with the acting, writing and plot of this episode. More than any of the others.
The five minutes of soulful interaction between the half-helmeted Anakin/Darth and Obi-Wan was incredible. I didn't really want to see them fight, I wanted to see them talk and interact. That was so powerful and is the essence of the reason why we all wanted this show. Very well done.
The rest of it? Complete and utter f\*\*\*ing garbage. Right off jump I'm frustrated as well with Roku or w/e the f\*\*\* his name is because he does another complete 180 change of heart between "we need more time than we have" to "don't go! we can still fix it!!" Like what bro??? You JUST said it was hopeless thirty seconds ago and now you're trying to discourage Obi-Wan from carrying out his distraction plan because it's all gonna work out if he stays? Completely and utterly ridiculous
What is Reva's motivation for hunting and attempting to kill Luke?? She spent her entire life as an undercover Sith trying to kill Anakin as revenge for murdering younglings and when she fails miserably at her attempt to kill Anakin she decides she's going.... actually kill a young child instead? What???
Then there's all the other little things like Darth getting pummeled with countless boulders with his body not moving an inch (?), Palpatine *not* wanting Anakin to eliminate the one remaining living connection he has to the Light (?), s\*\*\* like that

Better for that particular moment to be implicit rather than audibly called out. It would've been forced. One of the scarce good writing decisions they made with that episode
Really, really, REALLY should've been a 90-minute film focused on Obi and Hayden nearly exclusively. Ewan acted his ass off but was surrounded by poorly-written and half-assedly executed schmucks through the whole series, which took me out of the immersion
I feel like this show could've been better overall
It could've been incredible. They had all the pieces (aka Ewan and Hayden) to make it amazing and they failed miserably
watching the finale rn
the consistent flaw of Star Wars is the fact that there’s barely any tension (because we know what comes after)
they needa stop doing prequels
End of Transmission

Nah he doesn't know anything about the Jedi or the Force in ANH
overall, I give this series a 6/10. finale was good but I agree, this would have worked so much better as a standalone film
Nah he doesn't know anything about the Jedi or the Force in ANH
Then it seems like they f***ed up canon with Reva chasing Luke in this episode
The blending of Anakin's voice and Vader's robotic voice is some of the coolest s\*\*\* ever they got me with that one
