new tech forms bubbles and a lot of people rushing in, obviously it's not ideal and doesn't make sustainable development at first but it shows that this is groundbreaking technology that people are excited about
if NFTs are done correctly and openly they should be able to free artists from the corporate machine that controls art
with the new EIP coming you should be able to pay out tons of artists royalties on when NFTs are streamed or sold without needing some company skimming off 80% of the profits
Nexo doing 12% on Stablecoins now if you agree to lock them up for 3 months
it's like a CD interesting
The universe really wants me to be rich.
No idea how I got so lucky with my buys earlier but when you see SPACs all near 10 dollars you know everything is oversold.
combo of L2 + eip 1559 >>
Because otherwise the base fees will be the same with full blocks
exciting times with Sharded Chains, Gas Burning and Layer 2 coming to Ethereum all in the next few months

TSLA killing me right now
Are we expecting it to get back where it was? I know there was questions over whether it should’ve ever been that high to begin with.
Tech stocks were overbought in 2020
Hopefully they just slowly deflate until they're at their fair value or pop back up soon lol
Yo everyone. I'm in Canada. We're two years behind.
I am creating NFTs now. I took two art minors with a management degree. I'm entering the game today lol.
Let's make some magic happen
Uff

Do you need to hold nexo tokens?
So let's say an artist creates a video and mints it as an NFT. I finally think I understand the concepts at play with NFTs, but I do have a question or two about it.
Who decides the "usage rights" or licensing of this video? The original artist or the new 'owner'? I understand it can always be copied and redistributed for free on social media, but what about something like using the video in someone else's movie? Who decides the parties allowed to use the clip and how much money they're paid for the usage, and who enforces this? Are you able to go to any regular lawyer who deals with that issue in traditional media?
Am I somehow thinking too antiquated, and this isn't even a real issue?

yeah that rate is 8% without Nexo
better off doing Blockfi

technically the person that bought the NFT rights own it
a lot of platforms give royalties for resale the idea would be to pay royalties also if the art is used for profit somewhere
