And yeah, I just saw some person bought digital real estate for $500k
Like will there be a proper use for it, or just resale value the guy bought it, to sell for millions later. Why not buy actual real estate with that money.

artists can do limited edition releases with NFTs

they can program resale royalties

it's a way for artists be able to monetize their work without having to sell 80% of their revenue forever to some company

there will be decentralized video and music platforms where all the content is tokenized as NFTs

home deeds could be turned into NFTs, it's really just a system of validating ownership of something that is extremely limited and unique

I actually saw a music wallet thats about to launch, one of the weeknds producers shared it on ig story. S***s dope.

The home stuff/real estate though, there isnt an actual use for it right, other than its unique/limited, which to me doesnt make sense I guess, id buy actual real estate

it has value for the same reason a signed record has value from the artist, if I minted someone else's music or 3d art it wouldn't be valuable

it's valuable because it was produced by the artist that made the art, it has scarcity it's really not that much different than the same reason a cryptocurrency is valuable

also NFTs can be used for Bonds or other financial instruments

digital house have sold as NFTs as well as physical ones, it can be either
