a SR Note is the very first thing paid out in the event of a bankruptcy and it has other requirements I'm not sure if he's following

there is a price where he's f***ed and all the Bitcoin gets liqudated and he keeps rasing that price by buying above his avg 24k buy

yeah I think people definitely could try to sue him if he has some big loses on this new Debt and it seems like from what I was reading they could since a SR Note have so many more requirements than the way he was rasing Debt before but I'm not a lawyer either lel.. the way he was rasing Debt before was unsecured though

Depends, for CLOV, AMC, ENZC I sold majority of my shares, just incase it booms even more.
