Husk_Did you at least watch the video ? Dude is probably the best guy on YouTube when it comes to explaining DEfi.
A lot of food and animal protocols are gimmicky and nothing more than copy paste forks at best or rug pulls or scams at the worst.
However Sushi is far from a s***coin. In fact, I believe in a few years it will be a reining giant in DEfi.

Which DEfi ecosystem do you prefer then?
i have different ones for different functions in lending dexes yield farming derivatives vaults insurance daos etc and it changes a lot but generally the more decentralized the better
if u want a good community with a decent future mid-cap something like INDEX coop and in the major caps AAVE would be way better than COMP to me for example
i'm pretty protocol agnostic bc all these projects have insiders and s*** so i value price a lot more these days too i see no reason to align myself to 1 team even UNI i question some of their decisions when i'm holding a big bag but w/e
