HONG KONG (Reuters) - U.S. short seller Andrew Left lost his legal bid on Tuesday to overturn a five-year ban from Hong Kong’s financial markets and a fine for market manipulation.

Left, founder of U.S.-based short-seller Citron Research, was banned in 2016 after he was found culpable of market misconduct in connection with the publication of a research report on Chinese property developer China Evergrande Group.

The Hong Kong Market Misconduct Tribunal also ordered Left to repay HK$1.6 million - around $206,000 at the exchange rate at the time - in profits made while shorting the stock.

Last time I heard about citron they had just gotten waxed by the mega TLRY run...back for more I guess

It depends on how much you believe in the tech tbh, I’m holding off on selling any ETH because I think it’s just getting started. If selling now impacts you in a major way I don’t see it as a negative, just keep in mind that it may still rise much higher

If your trying to get wallstreetbets rich I can’t help with that lol.

My best advice is buy some index’s first.

DIA = the Dow
SPY = the S&P 500
QQQ = nasdaq

These three will always long term earn you money. If your not making money on these the rest of the market is struggling.

Depending on what you guys want exactly out of the market I can suggest more. If you want growth, or dividends, or maybe you just want drop 2 bands and forget about it for a few years. Let us know what your looking for!
