Coinbase finally got back to me and is resetting my 2FA in 48 hours
Took them long enough
not hacked just tarded policies that didn't force people to use better security
people don't know sms isn't secure
sim swaps really aren't some high level hack like the boomer news makes it seem
bruh how hard is it to download an authenticator app i can not understand

most the stories are like some 50 year old couples that bought a bitcoin or something for the first time
imo it's on Coinbase, they should force people to use better security after some amount of Crypto is in your account

nah not coinbase fault imo
it's the peoples fault.
if they bought physical gold, would they keep it at a jewelers store on display despite the fact that they own it? i don't think so lol

sure if they understood how the security worked most people, especially older people barely understand what 2fa is
if a bank was storing gold for you in a box somewhere but let you use a wooden lock or a real metal one and told you both were pretty safe and one was easier to setup that would seem like the bank was at fault
Many of you are underexposed to btc and I will have no remorse
I have 0.06% of my money in Bitcoin rn
where are you re entering
Unsure
I was more eth than btc, so I played around with that allocation to make btc my #1 holding, then eth, and then a small amount of some alts
I wanted a bit more cash on hand as well
So I sold a few eth at 3400 on that pump on Sun. But kept a majority
We are above the 20 week for BTC, so market is still good rn
I am also paying attention to the high of about 53k last month. A lower high would be no good, but I would be ok holding BTC for multiple years if we trend down. While ETH is more useful, BTC is still a safer crypto asset and I prefer to limit drawdowns
My biggest worry is the US Stock and Bond Market, but a lot of old indicators are tough to use with the M2 supply being so much higher (and the definition was changed within the past year or so to confuse people I believe)

Wait the definition of M2 changed? I completely missed this, what is it now?
Why so low?
I'd rather hold more Ethereum right now will buy more Bitcoin in the next year probably

But most of Q4 is bitcoins time sir
Eth is end of Q4 and Q1

if Bitcoin pumps some other ecosystems and NFTs will out perform it even if most get crushed
I think the old dynamics of Bitcoin ripping and almost nothing moving are slowly dying down as more smaller market cycles happen in different crypto sectors
I do agree though Ethereum probably won't out perform Bitcoin in Q4 if history repeats
I think the fact NFTs are going thru a bull market and the hype around ETH 2 Phase 2 coming in February will lock up more of the supply going into the merge
so I find it unlikely Ethereum gets wrecked against Bitcoin unless things get really bearish

If Btc pumps, there’s still a decent chance Eth will outperform
But I think Eth has a decent higher downside than Btc and not a lot more upside. But those are just my calculations

yeah it will depend how bullish Bitcoin is cause historically Ethereum always out performs it in when BTC is very bullish and entering new ath over a few months
I agree if we started to go down a lot, Ethereum would probably fair worse, even if it's not as bad as prior cycles
I use to buy Bitcoin cause it had less downside but now I just take profits into Stables from higher risk alts as a hedge against downside cause they should in theory not drop at all and I can farm APY
I think there is a good chance we will see a massive bullrun before 2022 ends so if we get some huge nuke I'll just unload some of my stables into ETH & higher risk alts with my price targets for a crash
if we pump I'll keep unloading some profits into stables and buy BTC & ETH after we've had a blow up
