they own like 20% of the supply
there isn't enough liquidity to cash that out
you guys buying a couple a million tokens can cash out and get the full amount cause there is 10s of millions of dollars of liquidity but if that much was sold at once it was would instantly drop the price by double digit %
the slippage to execute even 10% of their bag would be felt by every holder and they wouldn't get the full amount because they'd be driving the price down with the size of their trade
this is why I always say marketcap is a meme number, that money doesn't exist lol

yeah you'd have to do otc deals and you could sell some on Exchanges but it would have to be slower especially when there is less buying
