I bridged with this, and then swapped with meta mask. You need eth sitting in the wallet. It'll take the fees as a part of that like venmo or square cash.

The best way to accumulate these actions is to use the protocols in general, not just to possibly get free tokens down the line

The only one that seemed guaranteed recently now is MetaMask and I'd say 75%+ it's using their built-in swap feature, but even that one might be expired now
