Do u have any eth in the wallet? U need some for gas to send the dai

also u might want to send the dai directly to ur coinbase not ur coinbase wallet bc then u'll have to pay for another transaction to send from coinbase wallet to coinbase

If I'm trying to depsoit a coin on coinbase do I only have to use ERC20 and it's tokens?

So coins that don't have that network can get deposited into Coinbase?

Just asking in general. But lets say iotx or ICP

They’re not on ethereum so they’re not erc20 tokens. At least I know ICP isn’t, not sure if iotx still has an erc20 version.

They have their own networks.

So when u want to deposit them to coinbase it will be straightforward anyway, you’ll go to deposit - select the coin you want & it will show you the correct address to send to

You dnt need to worry about all the diff network stuff unless it clearly states something about that on the deposit page

From a user perspective all it will be is a different wallet address format.
