Like i could’ve invested in ETH last month and seeing the growth wants me to kms
i sold bitcoin at $1500, back when that was the ath
there will always be fomo and regret you kinda just have to accept it

Yup I just tell myself at least I’m in the game
Can’t dwell on the past!

Damn thats harsh, we can one day see 250k-500k btc even, in multiple cycles down the line
I even regret not buying more eth and alts last month, but at least got a fair amount of skin in the game
Wouldn't mind a pullback to buy 1 last time this cycle
Not touching btc unless it hits 20-25k

Sometimes you gotta man up and buy

Idk. I’ve seen some people say it won’t go that much higher from here
i haven’t seen any of this
I’m holding to $0
boutta blow past 40k rn
I’m way late to the party but I might buy some cheap Bitcoin alternatives like litecoin which looks kinda promising but I’m a noobie so maybe it’s a trap lol
Just start investing bit by bit into the coin. It'll reach highs you'll never think you would see in the next 10 years. We the future
i hate myself for never investing even though i tell myself every time it dips below 5k
was gonna do it in march but said no
im mad
Nah I was watching Tsla and Bitcoin during the pandemic and went ham in. Glad I finally took the jump
Sometimes you gotta man up and buy
For sure. Just didn’t do it with my lack of research
You guys can't be so mad at yourselves for not investing when you think you should have. Hindsight is 20/20.
Plus, there is always another play to be made. Always. Start now rather than later.

Buying when it's at ATH isn't always the best play either

I never said to do that. Many people have advocated for DCA in this thread already, that's good. I'm also not just talking about BTC and ETH. There are a lot of companies undervalued rn. There will also be more in the future, so start researching now.

What’s your personal top 5 undervalued companies if you don’t mind me asking
Buying when it's at ATH isn't always the best play either
If this was the case then people would never buy.
Kept trying to tell my friends to get in like 2 weeks ago and they gave the old ATH speech and here we are at $40k.

Tesla is my #1

yeah true
I didn't really understand how much BTC would hold it's value verse the Alts, that's honestly where I got f***ed the most
all the moves I made in 2017 had me up a lot more than if I just held BTC but then 2018 happened
it was all a very good learning experience though
yeah I rebought some last year and I'm definitely intersted in getting more once things start to settle into place more or yeah if we had another big dip
I definitely agree I think it will hit a million dollar even if it takes 20 years
yeah true

Btc and likely Eth can be held throughout bottom cycles b/c they have actual value
Alt coins not only fall 95%+, but many do not recover to ath
It is a bit scary to keep buying alts with real money
I used a bit under 5 figures for small alts (not including eth), but I don't know how I would feel if I put 50-100k in small cap alts.
Too much stress and volatility, especially in a bear market
Looking at Neo, might be a garbage coin b/c of China, but it seems like it is about to take off like Eth pretty soon

yeah I definitely realized that during the last run and yeah I knew ETH would recover so I didn't sell very much at the time but I wish I sold more so I could have bought more ETH when it was cheap again
I bought MKR at like $800 in 2017 and that's finally a profit lol, MKR actually held incredibly well though
XEM I lost a ton on but that also has come around, I'm still down 50% but it was like 98% at one point lol
luckily I wasn't too heavy in total s***coins so it's almost all recovered at this point

Nice
Ya these alts die hard
If you become negative with Eth and BTC, just hold for a few more years until next period
Don't sell BTC or ETH at a loss
If you are crushed hard in those two and have extra cash, would even consider buying a bit more to lower cost basis
