Might be wrong but I think the story Black Coffee told was months ago, even before Her Loss and maybe he was indeed working with Lil Baby on something back then but I'm almost sure it got scrapped and he instead focused on making Her Loss with 21 Savage. They've got a tour coming up and everything. Really don't see him dropping back to back collab albums, especially seeing as Lil Baby has lost some of his momentum right now.

he didn't confuse them. he was literally told by coach k who lil baby is signed to. if you watched drake's twitch streams around this time you'd know him and baby were recording together at his crib, but again it got scrapped.
