Newspaper from The Netherlands stated this:

• Pennsylvania has a automatically recount if the difference between candidates is between 0,5%. Three electors have to request a recount within 5 days. And the recount should be done before 29 november.
• Winsconsin has no automatic recount. If the difference is between 1% voters can ask for a recount via a petition. This petition has to be submitted within 3 working days. And the recount has to be done withjin 13 days.
• Goergia also doesnt have an automatic recount. If the difference is smaller than 0.5% a recount can be requested. This request has to be done within 2 working days after the election results. A deadline for the recount has to be determined after the request.
