They've been trying since the 50s. It would require a constitutional amendment to reform and we'd need 2/3rds of the house and the senate to pass it. You won't get bipartisan support for this until the system doesn't benefit the republicans so much.

I think when it comes to voting people need to stop being so vague and just flat out be honest that certain peoples vote technically matters more than others. It sucks, it sounds negative but it’s the truth.
