DEL_245I think it could be that there are less than 25k left to be counted but the number of ballots left to be reported are quite higher, based on what I've seen.
When the 18k lead was cut there was like 60k-70k more ballots left is what I saw.
They might be waiting to count everything to post the result, so 25k left to count out of the 60k-70k that haven't been posted yet

Yeah they've been counting all night long so without an update it's impossible to say how many are out there uncounted. There are definitely many unreported ballots.
